does this mean that you wont be able to buy tickets at the door if all the 3 day passes sell? I just wanted to go for 2 of the days.

I doubt there will be anything left at the door. You will probably be turned away.

If you are interested in attending, you should order tickets now.

(sorry about double post below...)

So this means that PAX East will have about the same or more people than PAX Prime. I could have sworn I heard that they were capping the size of PAX East to around 30,000 because the convention center was not big enough and they were looking into alternatives for next year. This is going to be interesting....

I was looking forward to a less crowded PAX experience this time around. (I went to Pax 2008) But since I had such a great time at the last one I have faith that Gabe and Tyco know what they are doing with expanding the attendance

As cheap as this is compared to most other festival/convention type things, it shouldn't be hard to give people their money's worth.

I'm trying to keep a list of PAX East events, in and around the convention center. Take a look and let me know what I am missing. http://mygggo.com/2010/01/pax-east-agenda-as-of-right-now/
