Disappointed to not see Sony there, but it should be a sweet show - SO glad to see Nintendo will be there along with Boston-based 2K and Harmonix (though I could care less about music games at this point). I've got my tickets!

Yeah I'm a little disappointed that Sony won't be there either. But you know when shows like this come around I'm just happy that I'm a gamer and I love seeing all the new stuff developers and game companies are coming out with regardless if they are my favorite company or not.

...I have heard of two of those musical acts. Please tell me those are indie bands and I'm not THAT out of touch.

Odd that Sony is absent...

That's weird, I would have thought Freezepop would be playing at Pax east since they've been at the last 3 as well as the fact they live in Boston

Sony will be there. Can't imagine they wouldn't be anywhere that Nintendo and MS are. Like Alexander said this is just the announced list, not complete list.

i don't think they're playing live very much right now, since the duke left the band last summer. i'm sure they'll be around the fest in some capacity, tho!

I will be exhibiting there as well.

I'm an XBL Indie Game creator. I go by "yyrGames," and I'll have Snake360 as well as three other titles (two are unreleased, but are releasing before the convention). If there's anything my games have in common, it's that they don't look very good but they're a lot of fun... and I'm hoping I can prove that to all of you while I'm there. I'll also be running lots of Snake360 tournaments, and giving away prize packages at the end of all three days.

See you all there =)

Finally! I can see MC Frontalot live!

Definitely excited for Metroid Metal too. The album is great and they sound like they'll put on a great live show.

Huh... anyone else think it's weird to not see Freezepop? They made the trek out to Seattle, but aren't playing at home?

I totally cannot wait for this. I usually only lurk on Joystiq but would love to meet Aggie, Tmac, Uncle Jessie, Captain Planet, Storm Eagle, and Dark Wayne.

Anyone here over 21 and at some point plan on just getting shit-faced in Boston?
