How's Xbox 1 DLC to be handled on the 360 when you upgrade your harddrive or get a replacement 360 when it develops RROD ??

The DLC is tied to the console and CANNOT be swapped across harddrives/consoles - I've had to pay for the Links DLC abour 4 or 5 times due to upgrading hardrives and getting replacement consoles

Is there any hope Microsoft might have a downloadeable disc for installing Xbox 1 DLC on the 360 in the future ??

Annoyingly Microsoft have also started cutting back their support on Live for the 360, as premium DLC for FEAR is no longer supported

3 multiplayer maps packs were released - 1 free, 2 premium; they are no longer supported or available - I have them on my harddrive, but the title update to recognise them is no longer supported, and as the cache only holds around 10 updates at any time it is long since overwritten

Guess this will eventually happen to all Live content, and rendered worthless - not great as I've spent hundreds if not more on DLC on the 360

Does this mean that I'll no longer be able to re-download DLC for all the old games where I've PAID for extras? When my 360 RRoD'd and was repaired I needed to re-download all my old DLC because the console migration doesn't do the back-compat stuff... How am I meant to download these when it happens again?

LOL @ all the sad saps who've actually paid for an Xbox Original with an online component that'll be shut down

You'd think Microsoft would maintain the servers to these games at least.

Think about it this way. When Microsoft launches it's next console, after 2-3 years all your current 360 and XBLA games will no longer be able to go online - think about that when you purchase a game...
