Thanks to today's EA earnings report (EArnings?) we're starting to get an idea of how the company's holiday season is going to shape up. This is all subject to change, of course, but as of right now it would appear you can look forward to Crysis 2, NBA Jam and EA Sports MMA sometime between October and December of 2010.
Filling out the holiday quarter are some yet-to-be-formally-announced titles like The Sims 3 on consoles, a new Need For Speed game (perhaps the Criterion-developed one?) and a new Harry Potter game (likely tied to this November's Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I). Want to come up with your own wild speculation? Peruse the list here.

Why is there no witty speech bubble to accompany this? If there was ever a place for an unwarranted addition, this would be it. But of course, I guess Joystiq takes the politically correct route and doesn't want to alienate its gay readers.

It does look really good. I was hoping it would push pc hardware like the first one did though, nobody else really is.

That's the problem, too many bitched and moaned about not being able to run Crysis at max on their PCs. I hope for us with powerful rigs won't suffer a dumbed down experience, I already think the environment being in NYC may do that, with closed off environments the consoles can handle. Maybe with the editor, PC gamers can make expansive levels.

Damn. EA is stepping their game up. Hopefully it will get them out of financial trouble.

Agreed. The Crytech 3 engine is awesome.

I think the beauty trailer really shows it off best. The destructible environments look awesome and even better than BF: BC2's. Of course, the PC version will be substantially better than the PC version.

And the people who watch UFC call wrestling gay.

As a flaming homosexual, I can attest that both give me massive boners.
UFC gives me more boners because it is more grappling. If a kid walked into a UFC match, they would say it looks like two people are having sex.

A cheap joke here but still: I wonder how many kids become gay after watching wrestling. Alright that wasn't great but yea UFC always turns into the 2 guys doing questionable positions on the floor. You just gotta notice it when one guy is on top of the other with the one who's back is on the floor has his legs wrapped around the other.
