"Come down to the Cashmere Restaurant at midnight, where the rich and beautiful will dance their cares away!"

Wasn't there a Bioshock 2 video not to long ago that showed a Big daddy having a flashback like this?

This is actually pretty neat. I'll listen on and off until midnight roles around.

I don't get it... Is anything actually happening or is it just silly music? This music rules, BTW.

Music, regrettably, is the most memorable thing about Bioshock 2. But it is fun music.

I read the previous comment completely wrong. I'm an idiot. You're right about the music being memorable. However you're wrong about the game, and...uh...I'm just gonna go hang my head in shame now.

You are incorrect. 11:59 PM turns to 12:00 AM.

@TheRedGear

What? 12:00 PM is most certainly not 12 midnight... it couldn't be any further from midnight. 12:00 PM (as in the minute after 11:59 AM and before 12:01 PM) is noon.

Actually I don't know what either of you are talking about since the article says 12 AM EST (midnight).

That's why it's smarter to write 12 midnight or 12 noon.

It's easily confusing.

It's actually the "Kashmir".

Probably a homage to the Led Zeppelin song of the same name, perhaps?

That's possible.

Or it could be a reference to the region, the fabric, or the sorts of food that one would enjoy in Kashmir and its surround areas.

I highly doubt those, however. Especially the clothing, because thats spelled cashmere, as soon in the news post.

I'd be money on it being from the song, since I think more people know of its existence, over the country, which is probably a sad truth, but a truth none the less.

While I'm all for "Rapture Radio" and eagerly await whatever happens at midnight I think it should be noted that radio waves can't travel very far, if at all, in water.

Depends on the radio waves. ELF radio can travel miles underwater, it's the kind used by submarines for underwater communication. Also used in special diving helmets for communications between divers.

Right now it's the radio DJ person speaking about people he sees at the party every once in a while with music playing in the background. He just talked about Tenenbaum and that other doctor from the first (pronounced sue-shong). Beyond the Sea is playing now.

Nothing happened "exactly" at midnight... they waited for another song to finish. Now you can hear a bunch of people chattering in the background and music. There's an announcer narrating things... just generally talking about who has shown up to the event... He says "it's almost Midnight."
