We know we've already been diligent in keeping you abreast of the status of Bear McCreary's epic soundtrack for Dark Void, so consider this our penultimate update on the topic: The game's score is now available to download through iTunes, Amazon and a number of other retailers. It's very, very good. If you have some extra cash lying around, and enjoy the occasional non-lyrical musical offering, you should purchase it post-haste.
In addition, you can consider this our final post in which we proclaim our musical man-crush on Bear McCreary. That is, until he reveals the next game he's working on, at which point we'll probably pick right up where we left off.

Much rather the No More Heroes 2 soundtrack be on itunes and amazon. But that's just me.
More games need to release their soundtrack.
Though really, every game should come with its soundtrack. Isn't that part of the game you're paying $60 for?

Nearly all games release soundtracks nowadays, at least in the case for Japanese games. The NMH2 soundtrack most likely hasn't be released over there yet. It's becoming more popular in the states to release soundtracks as well, although, the gaming community is pretty good at creating quality rips if there isn't a soundtrack.

Hell, I just want the map music from NMH2.
As is, the only game soundtracks I actually listen to are SOTC, God Hand, and Digital Devil Saga. Muladhara owns.

Woah pal, the game may be crap (haven't played it) but if Bear McCreary is working with it at least it won't SOUND like crap. Like I said I have not played the game but more than willing to buy the soundtrack just to hear more of Bear McCreary's work because he is just that awesome. So say we all!!

You should have hoped sooner then, because the Amazon link is for an actual CD, not an MP3 download and they are in stock right now.
Is that really all the game sold? I did get the game, but I'm on the fence about returning it due to the bad reviews since I didn't open it yet. The only thing I've heard positive across the reviews is the soundtrack is great.
