Listen, we know how hard Valentine's Day can be on some of you jilted lovers out there, so we went ahead and got you a little something to keep you occupied tomorrow: A copy of ThatGameCompany's microbiotic PS3 title, flOw. You can download it right now from the PSN for free, without having to deal with any cumbersome coupon codes. Our generosity only extends so far, however -- the free download will stop being offered at midnight EST tonight. Hurry up and grab it -- and don't say we never gave you nothin'!
(Fine, we're not the party responsible for the game's free-ness. We suppose you can say we never gave you nothin' to your heart's content.)
[Thanks to everyone who sent this in!]

It's like a 2D version of Flower, if it wasn't for this there would be no Flower either.

@LieutenantEddy
Would you happen to be the same LieutenantEddy who made MGO a day of a sniper?

HOLY SHIT THIS GAME IS SO MUCH FUN!
Why the hell didn't they release a demo for this when it came out 3 years ago? I would have gladly paid $10 for this. It kind of reminds me of "Snake" from back in the day, but it's so much more then that. No HUD, no instructions, no menus, no tutorials, it just presents you with these creatures you play as and gives you other creatures to eat and others to fight.
It's a really weird mix of figuring out what your own creature can do, figuring out how (or if) you can take the other creatures out (or if you even should), and then collecting food to see your creature grow into this big, majestic beast. Then it starts over with a new creature to play as and new ones to fight. It feeds into your most basic, animalistic instincts, but does so in a way that's so clever and interesting.
Yea, really guys, even if you have to go out of your way to get over to your PS3 and download this, I recommend you do it. ASAP. This game is fantastic.

If you go to Sony's PSP Go/PSN store webpage you can download a client to access the PSN store through your computer.

yea the lack of that feature is pissing me off too. i've used it more than a few times on my 360 and i would probably use it more on my PS3. i have satellite internet and a very low download threshold and of course my PS3 needs to be updated before i can access the PSN (and downloading that would probably put me in the penalty). if i could have gotten into the store or started it on the website, i could have started the download and then paused it until the free download period at 2AM. god i hate my ISP, making me miss out on free shit.
