EA has done something similar with their community leaders program for years. For the heat that EA gets, they're more responsive to their gaming communities than any other. Lest you just go to sites like OperationSports, EASportsFans, MaddenPlanet, etc., to see that in action... the fact that their lead developers are all members on the sites and drop in regularly to do Q&A says something.

More companies should do this. I def. wouldn't mind getting paid to play some games n bs on a game forum.. I already do that for free!! >:O
