Bought this a couple days ago. It's an amazing deal considering it contains 18 games, 4 of them released fairly recently.

Some people will say this seems pathetic. I call it a good deal.

Dawn of War 2 is a great game. Definitely planned to pick this up anyway. Guess I'll get Saint's Row 2 as well.

THQ is really stepping up its publishing game as of recent. Giving free game to those that bought other games is always good for people like us; especially when they're actually really good games. They're starting to come across as the "good" publisher when comparing them to EA and Activision. Wait until Metro 2033 comes out; buy it new and it'll come with a multiplayer beta code for the next Red Faction and a gift card for one free puppy!!!

If you pre-order Metro 2033, you get Red Faction: Guerrilla for free.

Or, on Steam, this week, you could pay $50 to get Saints Row 2 and $350 worth of THQ games.

Awww...so even more people to complain about SR2 not working on their computer. (It worked fine on mine, but a lot of people had issues.)

A free copy of Saint's Row 2? Cool, another game I can impulsively buy on Steam and never play. It'd fit in nicely between my copy of Race Driver: GRID and Titan Quest.

But the PC port of Saints Row 2 is really, really bad. It uses some bizarre, anti-background loading technology that disallows any loading while you play so whenever you drive past a street corner the game stops and starts loading the next area. Plus, the car controls are very iffy when played with a keyboard.

But hey, it's free.
