Prison Break trailer reveals innovative 'constant hanging' gameplay
64
We knew a few details about the plot of Deep Silver's video game adaptation of Prison Break, but we weren't aware that the game's protagonist, Company agent Tom Paxton, was actually a chimpanzee in people-clothes. At least, that's what we're assuming from the title's first gameplay trailer, posted above, in which it's revealed Paxton spends a remarkable portion of his day hanging from pipes, ledges and elevator maintenance ladders. Check out the trailer above to see the hanging (and other stuff, we guess) in action.
By the way, if any major television producers happen to be reading this post, a show called Monkey Prison would be the greatest thing ever. Feel free to use that -- just send us an email so we can work out a royalty agreement.

Wow, that looked absolutely terrible. Looks like another Lost game in the making.

Well, it has one up on the Lost game by actually getting some of the actors to do its voices it seems.

This game looks great to me. The graphics aren't great, the show did lose it's charm toward the end but it was an amazing first season, this game is based on the first season and judging by the features list it sounds fun. It has fighting, weightlifting (to level up your character), a good storyline that follows alongside the season one storyline and it has all the voices from the show. It's going to be great. Don't get me wrong I usually hate licensed games too and this one won't be a triple A title obviously but as a huge fan of the show, I'm definitely looking forward to it.

This shouldn't even be a game....

My first thoughts were: Uncharted Metal Gear in Prison. If Nolan North voiced the main character, I would start wondering.
I don't think it'll be a bad game, I'm just not convinced it'll be a good game. Still, Cursed Mountain surprised people and this might be like that.

Wouldn't of been better if you played as Michael and you had to escape the prison, but there was like 10 different ways you could escape, each having different endings (kinda of like a RPG). They could of even implemented a regrade/paragon system, but then that would of been effort, so instead they will give us via domus clone.

Despite any bad comments people may have, as a true prison break fan I am looking forward to it.
