I am actually loving the idea of this game..

As I recall (may not have been on this site) you also had to be some sort of genius to play the game?? BS, you just have to be smarter than your opponent.. ;)

You have to admit it caters to a rather narrow audience :)

For the Players at home, Subversion and Git are Revision Control/ Source Code Management Systems :)

Ask a Coder ;)

Holy crap that sounds awesome, a spiritual successor to Uplink that adds physical infiltration of places.

Why just comment on the look when the idea sounds so cool?

Been waiting for this for so long, looks amazing. I just hope their retail versions will be fully playable with STEAM versions. I can't seem to get my retail to connect to the STEAM versions of Multiwinia. I keep getting told a version compat error.

Introversion is easily one of my favourite developers, every single game they've made is brilliant. Glad to finally get some info on this game. Already sounding great.

Does come on the heels of Frozen Synapse though, I'm hoping the distinctions between the two titles will be enough that they can both be successful, because to the naked eye they might look too similar - http://www.joystiq.com/2010/01/24/well-never-be-smart-enough-to-play-frozen-synapse/

I can totally agree with this – I was temporarily confused about why Joystiq was claiming this was just being revealed. Although,I think it's cool that they mentioned both Frozen Synapse and Monaco in the speech. I'm looking forward to all of these games; I guess I must just love the concept!

Yeah, hadn't heard of Monaco until reading that. Sounds good too. Glad they're acknowledging the similarities.

I was lucky enough to be at the event where they showed the first (early) demo. People were represented by abstract pacman-like radar circles (probably placeholder art-- although the developers did say they like the idea of abstract icons). As the little "people" walked around, though, you could see their little footsteps trailing behind them. Even at this very very early stage, the game looked great.
