Okay, folks. Think of "Super Paper Mario meets Shadow Complex" and you've got the concept for Other M. Apparently the game is mostly 2.5D like Shadow Complex, except that you have the ability to switch perspectives into first-person 3D and shoot stuff IR style.
Not sure what that means for the clearly 3rd person 3D action sequences we saw. But i like where this is going. Also apparently takes place on a derelict space station.

I'm really glad they're taking the 2.5d Shadow Complex route. The Prime games were certainly great but they didn't feel like Metroid. My only concern is that the screens and footage they've shown have been zoomed in action shots, and I wonder if exploration is taking a hit in favor of action. It's possible they're just releasing the more exciting action sequences to build up hype (as they are more immediately interesting) but I can't help but wonder if exploration has taken a back seat.

Oh wow...i just ordered a Wii yesterday and it should be getting here tomorrow. After seeing this list my wallet is crying for me to just reject the package as soon as it gets here...but I'm not cuz these games look awesome. I was always so hesitant to buy a Wii cuz the lack of good games but I can see now that this has changed. I really bought it just to play new super mario bros Wii and cuz i had leftover bday money/GS credit
