The Pach underestimates how stupid people that are still buying the Wii and DS are. This new DS will sell absurd numbers.

Buying the Wii is stupid? Its been a long time since i've enjoyed a console THIS much and even in my household having all 3 current-gen systems, the Wii is easily played the most. And we don't need crappy mini-game BS to make it worth it either.

My prediction: Patcher will make more stupid predictions.

My prediction: people will keep spelling Pachter incorrectly.

But oh well, he deserves it.

I thought the whole point of stripping the processors out of the camera were to get Natal in the $50 price range.

If MS is betting on artificially raising the price of Natal just to try and throttle the potential Arc/Wand customers then they have lost my dollars.

I would love to update my DSlite but since the DSi lines will not play the old gameboy games, I'll just hold on to my current DS.

Isn't Pachter the industries only financial analyst / consumer therapist? Making him the world's second only analrapist, right behind (or is that in front of) Arrested Development's Tobias Funke?

"consumers will come to believe that the product and software has a lot of value."

Sounds a lot like the original philosophy behind the PS3, and look how well that system started off...
