Ya... Screw Mario Kart, this looks like Wipeout through and through. The UI, the weapons, the style. It's just done with real cars instead of space racers.
This isn't a BAD thing by any means. Actually thought it looked kind of fun, after you get passed all the BS of "knowing your friends styles" and what-not.

I'm liking it too, it's definitely growing on me. Only thing I'm not a fan of is the licensed vehicles, kind of cheapens it IMO. But then, a lot of people complain that there aren't licensed vehicles in games like Burnout so, yeah.

i'm sorry i still have a hard time with anything being compared to mario kart. my friends and i still play that game every once in a while basically that system is dedicated to mario kart. if they are comparing it to that then they have some big ass shoes to fill.

The multiplayer beta is coming. If you head to fileplanet.com and check out the "Top Secret Xbox 360 Beta", you fill out a survey and get a beta key to Blur for March 1st.
But you have to have a subscription to Fileplanet and an Xbox Live Gold Account.
