Heavy Rain buoyed to top of UK sales charts

Consumers in the UK poured out the pounds for PS3's Heavy Rain last week, according to Chart-Track's all-formats chart. The adventure game took the hill from Aliens vs. Predator, which slipped down one spot. Meanwhile, Just Dance kept doing its cha-cha of endurance and took third.

Nintendo's Wii Fit Plus got a second wind (or a big shipment to the region) and overtook Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 after moving up five spots and into fourth. Finally, Napoleon: Total War marched in at #12 while White Knight Chronicles began its quest at #35.

Actually, no it is not, which is why I found it notable.

It's clearly sarcasm, and I thought it was hilarious. Though, not as hilarious as the enraged fanboys that took it seriously. The whole thing is obviously trolling and the Heavy Rain fans just can't help themselves.

you obviously dont read destructoid often or Jim Sterling's editorials but yes it's sarcasm. it's funny and not to be taken seriously unless you're a idiotic fanboy.

I've never really had any respect for destructoid as a gaming website. All their articles seem to be some form of flamebait.

I don't read Destructoid often, so maybe I missed somethign there.

His review of Deadly Premonition was fairly glowing, in a messed up way, and he gave it a ten.

What I find the most interesting is that Deadly Premonition is getting a cult following already. Anyone played it yet?

too bad the psn crash... made me lose my trophies for heavy rain AHHHHHHHHHHHH OMG.

whatever it's so good I can sit for 8 hours without eating or peeing so that I may beat it as quick as possible to get mah stuffs back.

Has anyone notice that the trophies system isn't working that well, I check the most of the trophies and I did most of them right. Whats going on???
