Am I alone in thinking Tropico 3 is a great game? A great game on the cheap too.

No, I'm with you. I bought this for $13 on steam and I consider it to be one of my better purchases. I've logged in about 25 hours of the main campaign alone.

I am with you too. I still own Tropico 1 as well and play it from time to time. Viva La Tropico!

Hell, I paid $30 for it (on Steam) and still I think it's a great value. It's one of those actually good Civ type games with almost endless replay value.

I downloaded the demo some time ago but still haven't given it a proper test run. Seemed pretty similiar to the original though, which is a good and a bad thing.

I haven't tried part three but I absolutely enjoy the first Tropico. It's a good idea for a game that hasn't really been copied.

Tropico sounds like a fruit drink.

I hope they added more dialogue for the radio DJ. After playing for countless hours, I really want to strangle they guy for uttering the same phrases over and over.
