Telltale seems to be in a non-commital position lately. They still haven't announced The Devil's Playhouse.

Oh wow, they are pouring all those resources into porting to a platform that only what, a tiny handful of gamers give a shit about? Way to fail, Telltale.

Thats why they did the survey, if you participate in a choice of what to bring to market your more likely to buy the product. They know which titles will sell the best already, this is just a marketing scheme to attempt to get more mac users to commit to a purchase.

Or perhaps they extended their engine so the process of porting becomes relatively trivial, and they open up their games to an audience that, while small, makes up 8% of the computing market. Not bad! Oh, and Telltale's games – episodic, more casual – probably appeal to precisely the type of people who buy Macs.

ok, 8% of the computing market share, sure, but I'm pretty certain that when it comes to GAMER market share, the number is much, MUCH lower.

Just because there are more games on Windows (infinitely more games even) and that Windows is synonymous with PC Gaming, doesn't mean gamers don't or shouldn't own and use Macs.

Just because you have a computer, and you are a gamer, doesn't mean you have to play games on it. By your logic, gamers shouldn't have owned mobile phones that weren't N-Gages or gamers shouldn't own DVD players that aren't PS2s / Blu-ray players that aren't PS3s?

If games are a priority for you you would have a gaming PC in addition to a MAC. If you only own a MAC your not a real gamer, because you chose to go without a major gaming platform in order to be "hip".

OR You chose a mac because you can satisfy your gaming needs in other ways- consoles or handhelds.

Though I could purchase Sam and Max for what would probably be cheaper on steam, both because of the convenience of installing it on OSX and because I want to support games being brought to more, not less audiences.
