Flip's Twisted World is a rare third party game that sets to do something original for the Wii. Yet strangely, it's gone almost completely unnoticed. While platformers are a dime a dozen, Flip's gravity-twisting gameplay offers a unique spin (get it?) that deserves a look. The "gimmick" at the heart of Flip's Twisted World is the player's ability to "flip" the world at whim, turning floors into walls, ceilings into floors, and more.
Majesco has released a dev diary for Flip's Twisted World that better explains its gameplay. It's easy to make comparisons to Super Mario Galaxy, but that's not really a bad thing, is it? Flip's Twisted World comes out on Wii this April.

How did you not mention how awkward all the designers were?

Not to mention how completely obvious it was that they were all reading from cuecards.
I mean, no one talks that way about their game, hell there was even plenty of wrongly emphasized sentences, or just watching their eyes as they talk. It's like they didn't even want to hide the fact that it was completely scripted >_>

This looks very cool and it'll definitely be a buy for the Wii for me.
I love seeing new and colorful IP's on the Wii. This is how you do Wi games right. Screw realism. Get beautiful art direction and bright colors that pop.
Oh, and this was way weird. They were all reading off of something. Speak more naturally, fellas!

They are clearly Canadian. That's just how Canadian people talk.
As for this game, I think the character designs are pretty hideous.
The main character looks very similar to the character Plok from the Super Nintendo game of the same name. Nobody liked Plok's red kkk hood and nobody will like this guy's blue one.
Why couldn't they make a game that at least had some chance of appealing to adults? Why couldn't they have followed in the footstepts of de Blob?
