I typed it up and tried it with the usual rot13 decipher and that sort of thing- didn't work. To the person with either more patience or better decryption skills, here's the text:

There is no terminal velocity when using the portal gun in that fashion because the box drafts itself, reducing drag, allowing it to go faster and faster.

Portal was ok it was funny but got kinda annoying later in the game. i would welcome Portal in open arms but like i said .. it's valve i won't support them cause they won't support my system

Watch Freddie's Bike Hero video, he's goddamn amazing at that shit. More seriously though, this can be done in Sony Vegas 9. All you need is Adobe After Effects.
