I tried it out for a bit, I just can't get a feel for the game play. To me it's not very fun at all. Only resource is money which trickles in in slightly odd intervals due to the travel of supply trucks. Building units is instantaneous, but controlling them feels very clunky and messy.

It wasn't, but then suddenly it was. Probably the cause of the delay. It wasn't on the list of UBIDRM games, then they suddenly update the steam store page to say it requires a constant internet connection.
