A new company debuting at GDC 2010, Supergiant Games is largely comprised of ex-EA LA members -- you know, the guys and gals who made those Command & Conquer games you like so much. The new studio's project is something for "digital platforms," destined for a 2011 release. Sadly, there's no more info to go on right now.
The studio is on-hand at GDC with said title, so we've contacted them to try and schedule a visit.

So did they make the most recent Red Alert? That game was terrible.

Terrible is a bit flawed. I think you didn't quite understand the point of the series.
I'd agree that it was a bit over hyped and lacking in areas.
Then again, nothing can beat the first one with its death cries and Mechanical Man music.
Oh, and to answer your question, I don't think so. Maybe a few but knowing EA they replaced the staff soon after the acquisition.

Mechanical Man was awesome, without a doubt. As is Hell March, though RA3 has some new, epic themes.
It's safe to say the team that made it has gone their separate ways, I know for a fact at least three people heavily involved in RA3 are not with the new studio.
Besides it doesn't sound like the new studio is making an RTS so I'm afraid their greatness in the RTS field has come to an end. :(
