I know Palm isn't the most popular smartphone around these days, but I've got a Pre, and I've just got to say...

Honestly, with the new PDK, once you have ANY iPhone app / game, not just the Unreal Engine-based stuff, you then have the basis for a webOS app / game.

I own a Palm Pre as well. I have to say that this is some damn great news! They've announced that nearly every C and C++ app can be ported from the iPhone to the Pre in 1-3 days. As if I didn't already know my Palm Pre kicked arse: Free tethering, multitasking, hundreds of novel and useful patches, Doom/Quake, video recording/editing with instant MMS/Facebook/Youtube uploading, and even a flashlight/strobe light with adjustable voltage intensity! Yes people...it's the ultimate phone for hackers and developers. Give it a gander next time you stop by Sprint or Verizon.

You said it homie.

I'm glad for Palm. The Pre has so much potential, and Palm is doing a great job at including the Pre in everything.

If only they had some better ads. More people should know about webOS and it's powerful capabilities. I also own a Pre and it's amazing.

It's unreal that they can get their engine working on such an underpowered platform.
