well, yeah, but they were still confirmed for August-October, which is not the much nicer April-June they planned a couple months ago

Damn. This means it's probably LA Noire that will be pushed in to 2011. From a marketing standpoint, I don't think you can release LA Noire and Mafia II at the same time without hurting sales for both. The visuals are too similar and would confuse the woefully ignorant majority of gamers.

anyone know if Civ V looks like the last Civilization game ? it looked like a nice game ... but i didn't buy it due too it not having trophy support ( i don't buy just game with trophies but trophies were fairly new at the time of the release and had other games too play with trophies or game with no trophies still too work on )

Here I was hoping to play LA Noire by the end of this year, but it seems like it'll be pushed back to 2011. That Game Informer cover story/article made it a must-buy IMO.
