I don't believe its by the same developers as LittleBigPlanet right? Sure looks like it was made by them. I really like the step Sony is taking here to encourage modding alongside DLC, with Unreal Tournament 3, LittleBigPlanet, ModNation Racers, etc. Kudos!!!

Thats the same as mine except I have 8GB of Ram(Video Encoding needs it), and a Core2Quad 6600 OC'd to 3.2GHz. I can run BC2 at MAX settings at 1080p. I believe you have an i7 so you'd be good.

Yeah, but even though they are both racing games, I think they appeal to different people. I for one, am not even the slightest bit interested in Blur but I REALLY want this.

I wish the PSP and PS3 had some sort of cross play. Not multiplayer or anything, but maybe just the single player race mode or whatever.
I know the capabilities are different, but it would've been really nice to have. I still wish PSN and PSP Puzzle Quest could "sync" up.... but since they released no where near each other, its understandable.

thats a good spot for it to drop, especially if they keep promoting it right up to Christmas.....like LBP this is a longevity title.....and thats perfectly fine....the more people that get their hands on it the more creative maps we will see....

Eye Pet, Playstation Move and Mod Nation Racers have my kids going crazy. They are a little disappointed that Eye Pet hasn't already come out in the states but once I explained it was so the game would be better and support the move they kind of understood it. My daughter is most excited about the eye pet game. My son is all about Mario kart so he is really the one looking forward to Mod Nation. I'm glad Sony is pushing some quality family stuff.

I dont like the way some of the charecters translate to ModNation Racers, they look weird. LBP got it right, Kratos just looks a tad rubbish.

Yeah, I hope it has enough customization as LBP in the character area. On LBP I have made Pikachu, Jin Kazama, Jesus Christ, Barack Obama, Optimus Prime, and many, many more. Hopefully this will allow that degree of customization.

I'm definitely interested in this game, especially after playing the beta. I didn't plan on buying it day one but the different skins might have swayed me.
Like LBP, I think that a game like this might actually be better the longer you wait to buy it... just because people will have built so many more levels and would have gotten much better at building them. I got LBP on day one and played through for a few months before even touching the level creator. I still rarely build levels, it's fun, but very time consuming. Playing other peoples games though are fantatsic, and I might just wait for a while.
