Yuck. Once again, NA gets the shit bundle compared to Japan. I don't personally care because I have a red Kratos PSP (the last cool one, imo,) but it sucks for someone who still hasn't taken the plunge.

Even though they aren't released, its a safe bet that peace walker will be better than splinter cell: whatever.
The demo for peace walker was really incredible (even though it came out a long time before its release) and shows the surface of both a deep story and great gameplay, which MGS is well known for.
Splinter Cell on the other hand looks like baby's first action/stealth game, I'm surprised that the previews haven't showed the character's mother coming out and holding his hand throughout the fights, the gameplay just looks sad. Also isnt the story just him avenging his daughter? Its hard to be more derivative than that, but it'll match the gameplay.

So a PSP game somehow isn't a full released game? What, are they making it episodic? Are they removing half the items to have as DLC? The game on UMD is a full game being released.

but still as fans of metal gear we have no place mocking the story of any other game...ever. and honestly the last splinter cell game was pretty decent. and the new one looks cool and AND the last MGS game on psp was not so good.

This colour wouldn't be my first choice, but I don't get all the hate... don't we need more colours for NA PSPs? And lots of people liked the green when it came out in other regions. As soon as we get them here the hate comes out. And we "wonder" why Sony won't give us more colours.....

They really screwed up here. The Japanese camo one is very appealing and actually says "MGS/Snake, awesome, cool!" but the US version is a generic green that just says "Green." Idiots, I can't imagine why they went this route. Craaaaazy.

I don't get how a fly MGS PSP that is an awesome green color can't get more then 50% support. Also that's a good green, why would you want camo? Camo is army. People don't want to look like they're in the army, everyone knows that. The PSP is the greatest system ever. It's as strong as a PS2 or Gamecube (approximately). It's got a dozen good games. It's screen is fantastic. The bundle has a memory stick duo. Have you even seen Metal Gear Solid?? The demo and trailer's are amazing. If your CQC isn't up to standards in real life, don't hide behind it on the internet. Your comments are embarrassing the website etc.

Why won't Sony release the colors outside of entertainment packs? The color I've wanted most was the blue one but that came in an NFL bundle with a Madden game and football movie. I wanted neither of those. I also wanted a Silver but would've had to get Gran Turismo (no thanks) or Dissidia (already have it). Why can't I just buy a PSP by itself in whichever color I want?

So, I'm guessing Sony still have a lot of stock of the green Carnival Color PSP (that was released in Asia/Japan last year, I repeat, last year), and this is a mere attempt to get rid of inventory. I mean come on Sony, if you want to release a bundle, do it with the PSPgo plus the game pre-installed.
