It's not robbing you. They don't take anyone's money.

The customers willingly give up $9 for a digital clock and wallpaper on their iPhone, and Square knows there are people that will do it.

I pity anyone who gets a l'Cie mark tattooed on them. FFXIII just isn't that good a game to warrant permanent icons from it on your skin.

I'm surprised the collector's edition didn't include a L'cie fake tattoo. But it comes with two L'cie stickers! I'm with elranzer though. If this became a cult classic ala FFVII then you would be drawing praise.. Although why should it have to, if you love the game go ahead, if it is a awesome game for you personally. I certainly think it is a better game than the critics say.

Plus of all the things from the FF universe that could be used as a tattoo this is probably the most viable as it is actually a tattoo! Apart from some of the logo arts. FFVII logo art would actually make a great tattoo, as would the XIII one.

A physical art book would be worth it though. I got one with my collector's edition of the game called "The World of Final Fantasy". I think it mostly shows off level design, I haven't looked through it yet. Not until I finish the game ^_^

I can't be bothered to use safari on my iphone to google images of FFXIII, so it's worth it to me to pay 9 bucks to have easy access to these amazing pictures and the stunning zoom action!

I wouldn't pay 99 cents for this app even if it was for my favorite game. I also refuse to pay 240 ms points for a theme. I am also really cheap.
