The PlayStation.Blog features a Q&A, a new trailer (posted after the break) and box art. Curiously missing from the announcement, however, is a price. An SCEA rep told us the price has yet to be "100% confirmed," and that an announcement would be forthcoming.

If our comprehensive video preview of Fat Princess for PSP whet your appetite for more, you'll be glad to know that the full experience isn't too far away. Fistful of Cake will be appearing on both UMD and PSN on April 27, promising "new game modes, new maps, a new extended storyline for single player." And although the single player options have been greatly expanded, multiplayer remains a big focus for the game, with 8-player Ad-Hoc and Infrastructure support.

I'm a little confused then, there is a version of it already on the Australian PSN for the psp and it says full game so what is the difference?

They seriously use the terms "ad-hoc" and "infrastructure" in their marketing? I would have thought they;d want to make it easy for the "mass market".
It's still good news, but I guess it says a lot about me that two games I really wanted to play on the PS3 (if I owned one), Fat Princess and LittleBigPlanet, are now on or coming to the PSP and I really don't plan on getting either.

The last time things were made easier for the mass market we ended up with Friend Codes. I think we know the rest of the story...

Fat Princess is the only PSN purchase I wish I could get my money back. The "fun" isn't there for me. One online game can easily take an hour. There's so much fighting between castles, neither side makes headway. Spawn, kill one person, die, rinse and repeats. It reminds me of Unreal Tournament. You spend most of your time running to another location only to fire a couple shots before you die.
