***WARNING IF YOU PLAN ON ORDERING THIS***

They are actually running this sale as a trick to compile a list of bad people.

If you buy this game on sale, that means that it's been out for 2 months and you haven't purchased it yet, which makes you a bad person. You will forever be flagged as such on this list.

Really.

There's certain levels to it:

1) Lost an overdue library book bad.

2) Left the dog out in the rain bad.

3) Forgot your anniversary bad.

4) Robbed a liquor store bad.

5) Bought ME2 two months after its release date bad.

Good luck finding a job in the game industry with THAT mark of shame on your record. /disapproving look

If you don't have ME2 by now, and you pass this up, then I feel bad for you.

Maybe you guys outside the ME2 bubble looking in can get a little taste of the flavor of this game when the inevitable references come rolling into the comment section.

I want to get the Mass Effect 2 "Digital Deluxe" version just for the Collector armor code so that I can use it on my Xbox360 regular version; but, unfortunately it's US of A only! No distribution Australia at all.

Damn!

I can't imagine Mirror's Edge on PC having particularly great controls. Does anybody have some experience with it? I played the game on 360 and the controls felt wonderful.

You can always plug up an Xbox 360 wired controller. It controls great that way. I haven't tried it with the default KB/mouse controls.

The controls are great. Nothing was lost, in fact some would prefer the keyboard set up.

The controls on the pc version are great, I've played the Xbox 360 version a bit at a friends house, and I prefer the pc controls, you can do some things like a wall jump (spacebar, q (when you hit the wall), spacebar) much easier. The only problem is mirrors edge headache syndrome.

Controls on the PC version are fine actually. Worked really well for me, also I picked it up for 5 bucks on Steam. Really awesome deal.

I shall be picking up ME2 now. I was waiting for a sale.

I dunno...Steam is a like a poor gamer's best friend. Since you're probably going to be poor after you buy your gaming PC it works out.

As I would LOVE to buy this on PC... I won't. And the reason being is there's no controller support. I bought ME1 and I can't stand using k/m.

Pretty sure you could go buy the PC Xbox controller or something similar. There's a program called like Joystick 2 Keyboard. It maps it as if it's your keyboard and mouse. Not too sure on details.

P.S. - Your avatar (no pun intended) is very very creepy.

I just got Mass Effect 2 for $40 on Amazon as a Deal of the Day just last week. That's a great deal to me and made me want to buy it.

Of course I'm all "omg whatcha waitin for?? get mazz 'ffect!!11!!"

But also, Mirror's Edge for 10 bucks?? c'mon man, if you haven't played it yet or you didn't feel like it, just get it now and give it a try, even with its faults it's actually pretty entertaining and unique really, it's definitely not as bad as some people make it up to be.

Even the faults are hardly noticeable with how intense the free running is. Man that game had me going for hours. I just couldn't spend the time finishing the time trials. Those things got so hard!

Mirror's Edge is one of my all time favorite games. I had it for about six months before I got bored enough to bother mastering the controls, but once I did I got extraordinarily hooked. I beat it on hard and then played it on 2 friends xbox's to get them the achievements. A truly remarkable game with a very satisfying finale. Great music too.

I was stupid enough to get sucked in by this "deal", but after I purchased Mass Effect 2, I can't get it to activate. So, that is a pretty cool sale. I would warn everyone else away.
