A big punk band from the 70's. Surprised you've never heard of them. Tons of people cover their tracks.

Forget X, how about more X Japan?

And wasn't X a LA Hair Metal band, or are there just that many bands named X?

If Otis Redding hadn't been released twice content ago, I'd be shaking my fist. The past couple track releases have been less than stellar.

I've seen it. Great parody of a song, but it's not something I want to play on RB.

I think they are purposely releasing shit on the main market to bolster sales numbers for Rock Band Network. As quickly as it is filling up it will have more content than the main store in a matter of months.

I was wondering why they picked this song, but if it's her newest single that'd explain it. I would've expected "Before He Cheats" and "Cowboy Casanova" to round out a three pack.

X! One of my favorite bands from growing up in L.A. in the 80's, and one I've been hoping to get into Rock Band from day one. "Los Angeles" was in GH: Rock the 80's, so I knew someone at Harmonix was a fan. A full song pack is more than I'd ever expected, and all these songs are X classics. Now if we could get some tunes from Los Lobos and The Blasters in there, my three favorite L.A. bands of the era would be covered. As a bonus, a Knitters song, like "Poor Little Critter in the Road" would rock.

"I got all livestock!"

Yeah, that song would kick ass, as would "Walking Cane" or "Wrecking Ball," and I'd love to play the lovely guitar part to "Silver Wings"... Hell, they should just do the whole album.

The story in my family is that X's John Doe was my uncle's old college roommate back in California. While he's not the looker that Carrie up there is, his country albums are a hell of a lot better.

I haven't found a place that lists them yet.... You can't even view/purchase them from the dashboard rock band app on the 360. I hate having to throw in rock band just to see if anything good has been released...

Take a look at the RBN list from rockband.com and arrange it by date to see the new ones.
http://www.rockband.com/music/dlc/rbn
New tracks show up here before they show up in the games store and they have links to purchase them on xbox.com

Also try this twitter feed for new RBN tracks.

Hope that helps.

Please Harmonix, can we get some Refused and At the Drive-In soon? or Sparta and Mars Volta even?

Maybe you're going to surprise us all and release A Shape of Punk to Come and Relationship of Command as full albums...and then you'd *really* be my BFF.
