Here's the good news: According to our budget-minded buddies (budgies?) at CAG, GameFly has a sale on several appealing Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 titles, including Batman: Arkham Asylum (360 / $19.99), Bionic Commando (360 / PS3 / $9.99), Brütal Legend (360 / $14.99) and The Beatles: Rock Band (360 / $21.99). We also spy some stellar deals on Red Faction: Guerrilla (360 / PS3 / under $15) and 2D fighter BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger ($19.99 / $24.99). GameFly games are guaranteed to be in working condition and include manuals and cases.

And here's the bad news: The sale comes to an end on March 30. Also, our industry is woefully ill-equipped to produce a product called "Bionic Batman and the Brütal Beatles" and will succumb to creative and financial bankruptcy long before you ever get to play something of such magnificent magnitude. Oh well.

they ordered TOO many copies.....though I feel they will end up renting all of those out when the Beta starts....and it will go to low on hand....

I loved Brutal Legend, I don't care what anyone thinks about it.

Me too! I just finished it yesterday...great game. People say the main campaign is short, but I didn't think it was disappointingly so. If you take some time to do the side missions and get some of the collectibles, it's got to be at least 15 hours long...and the multiplayer is a totally planned out, fresh experience (admittedly i haven't played a true online multi match, just the AI battles).

Everything about it is just polished and well thought out. Oh...and METAL!

I didn't make my shortlist for GOTY, but BL truly was a ton of fun. Being a big Jack Black fan it was probably a little more fun for me than others, but if you're on the fence about picking it up it is a definite buy at that price.

Blockbuster actually has used copies of Brutal Legend for 9.99

It made me simultaneously happy and sad that such a fantastic game was that cheap

the last couple levels busted my balls, but overall, it was a great experience

Haven't played the multiplayer since I got the Platinum, as RTS isn't my thing, but the singleplayer is great.

Tempted to nab Blazblue at that price as I've been wanting to play it lately, but my thesis and epic backlog tell me to wait for an even better price. XP

Anyway, it's still a really underrated game. Once you get good at the mechanics of the game, there's a lot of really great action to it. The boss battles are awesome too.

I agree. I loved the PSN game and thought I would try out the PS3 game for $10( I mean what would I have to lose?) Great game. Very fun, definately worth $10.

Yeah. I can't say it was worth the full $60, but I don't think hardly any game is worth $60. I've stopped buying full priced games since then. In fact, I think Bionic Commando's rapid decrese in price was one of the reasons I decided to stop buying most games on release day. It's still a really fun game and I'm not disappointed that I bought it, but it would have been nice to get it for like $20 just a couple months after it released. Same with Dead Space. That was a great game, but I remember seeing it on sale for $30 or so within a couple months of its release.

Bionic Commando is pretty good for $9.99 I got for $9.99 as well but got it on Newegg .com with free shipping.

Actually saw Brutal Legend PS3/Xbox360 for 19.99 new at Best Buy Yesterday
