Not surprising, this game is awesome. Well worth the 10 bucks!

it was $10 for me when I bought it day 1. I realize that was the promo price but I'm just sayin. it went up to $15, back to $10 and now back to $15.

Biggest waste of $15 EVER!!! Great game, however, for some reason this game, and this game alone, lags to a point that makes it UNPLAYABLE!!! All of my other online games are just fine so don't try and explain it away, it's a problem with the game/servers and EA has done nothing to fix it.

I don't really mind if they don't support it anymore...I have my Bad Company 2 all BF1943 did for me was hold me over, as good as it was. just support BC2 and I'll be content!

I was just about to post the same comment that 1943 was just a hook for BC2. I hadn't played any of the Battlefield games prior and probably would have passed on BC2 but 1943 made me excited for it.

they are different games though. it would be great to have both supported, BC2 for my hardcore mood and 1943 for other times. for some reason i don't seem to stress as much playing 1943. it was the same with BC1 compared to 1943. both are tons of fun but that fun is different for each game.

i would happily pay another $15 for another 3 maps, i would get my moneys worth.

Heck, it was worth $15. Got every penny out of it too.

Bought it for $15 and loved it until CODMW2 came out. How does bad company 2 stack up to 1943? I just dont know if I need another shooter.

"Arcade quality," Jerry?

:(

Maybe "arcade sized" would be a better phrase.

This was lots-o-fun.

But after a month or two I pretty much stopped.

4 maps can only last so long.

Agreed, it was fun but by september, I was like, 'Meh...'

Hopefully the money from 1943 helped fund the greatness that is BC2.

It's a great example of what a XBLA game can be, but in the end of the day it's just; a XBLA game.

Either level design has gone downhill or DLC has ruined longevity of multiplayer maps....I used to be able to play Facility from Golden eye for hours on end. A game not coming out with new maps doesn't bother me, I would honestly prefer an addition of single player content in most games.

Fair point, but I was fine with all the Halo CE maps, and Halo 2 maps...Then DLC started. Now I want more and more maps as soon as possible.

I think a big issue is that Games seem to keep coming with less and less startup maps.

At least they won't ask me to pay 15 bucks for a map pack for it.

I've given up asking when they will finally release this on PC. It's been too long and I've lost interest.
