The irony of a corporate created band rebelling against an evil HD corpo is incredible.

I, for one, wish big companies spent more time and resources converting things to HD, not putting together bands to appeal to target demos.

The concept of Linkin Park rebelling against anything is too unbelievable for fiction.

Only if it includes the band doing their "head windmills in unison".

I only stopped by to hear the chiptune tracks, of which the video had little. I will listen to them when available, at least out of curiosity.

What's baffling is that you're too stupid to realize the reason that there are different looking characters is because that's part of the game, 8-bit vs HD (watch the trailer!)

And what's more baffling is you don't know that Linkin Park are young, like video games, and wanted to make their own game.

What's the MOST baffling is that you write for a video game blog.

My Chemical Romance had an even older-school looking game YEARS ago. And I believe Lamb of God did as well (though I didn't get to play that one.)

There's an 8-bit version of Opeth's "The Grand Conjuration" on YouTube that is amazing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ICUszJcGqfA&feature=related (no clue how linking works here, by the way). I guess that's applicable to this, since it's progressive death metal and stuff.
