i want one! If your thinking of buying one of these, buy the monster hunter game and get this for free almost. It's a great deal!

Actually it will cost $10, which isn't a bad deal at all.

i knew it was an extra $10 and the controller by it self sells for around $20 so you do get a good savings and a good deal.

Haha, I love Capcom, personally. That doesn't mean you don't have a point.

i just felt a little left out when ps3 gets RE5 while re4 worked out so well as a wii version. i get kinda tired of playing the first resident evil over and over as great as it is.

I always thought because of the lawsuit they got from the previous Classic Controller. Never did find out how that turned out.

But good to know otherwise.

Now if only console companies (especially Nintendo) did that with peripherals *more often* instead of just springing them on the 3rd parties... like Motion Plus.... maybe they'd be better able to support that stuff.

The sticks are in the same place as the original cc.....so how can you go to Capcom ask for input and end up with something that was (I'm pretty sure) announced as "new".

We've been waiting on the updated classic controller for what, 2 years?

The only difference here is the Z buttons and some handles.

Though the closer emulation to the DS controller is welcomed.

The analog sticks are also just a pinch farther apart then the regular classic controller.

*sigh* I'm gonna have to buy the classic controller pro now since i don't have any classic controller just for MHTri. lol. Playing it on the wiimote and nunchuck just plain sucks IMO.

Can anyone say, cord coming out of the top!! Finally done right.

That was one of the biggest complaints I had with the original classic controller, who puts the cord on the bottom? This one looks pretty awesome though.

I didn't notice the cord coming out of the top of this one, Im a little disappointed, I actually like the cord on the bottom. The cord needs to plug into the wiimote which is usually sitting on your lap or beside you below the classic controller.. So the wire just goes down to the wiimote and doesn't really get in the way. With this one it loops over the back then down to the wiimote and that might get annoying.

I hate cords coming out of the top. I'd been playing 360 for a few months and then played on my PS2 and I had forgotten how much I hate the cords on the top.

Why use a cord at all? I mean when playing with the classic controller you never use the Wiimote anyway. It just hangs there and gets in the way. So it might have been worth it to make the classic controller independent from the Wiimote.
