as long as I can play it with a normal controller I might just keep this on my radar.

Ya I dont want to dance around to play a game. Not to mention this looks like its designed with a controller in mind.

Not every Wii game requires you to do jumping jacks and backflips. Many just require basic gestures or just use the pointer and normal buttons.

As a gamer, Killzone 2 represents the most motion I want to do.

@Jerry, I felt the same exact way. I was more excited about the possibility of playing FPSs on it.. the multiplayer in MoH Heroes 2 was probably the most fun in that aspect while it lasted, but all the "manual" aiming and constant pivoting just became tiring on my wrists over time, and when I bought a ps3 I realized how much I missed using analog sticks.

I don't know, when I'm sitting all day in front of a computer, I'd rather come home and actually get some exercise.

I'm with Raffi12. I guess it depends on your job. Physically demanding I can understand wanting to relax. My job involves sitting in a computer chair all day for 8 hours so getting some motion play and exercise in is quite nice. Get the blood pumping again. Some days though it's just my couch and controller. Well, most of the time these days. BFBC2 junkie.

I don't get why so many claim the Wii requires so much movement, any game worth getting (not mini game compilations, just dace, etc) doesn't require that much movement and moving isn't going to kill you (unless you're allergic to movement).

"I don't get why so many claim the Wii requires so much movement,"

Because most people who use that argument either have never played a Wii aside from seeing those experience videos or they're doing it wrong.

@Jason Statham (Has a bs3 now): I have a Wii and any game worth playing only really requires flicks not swinging your arm.

This game is the closest thing anyone is going to get to Ico until The Last Guardian comes out. We'd better enjoy it.

now my dilemma is "Do i wait for them to bring it over to PS3/360 and hope it comes stateside?" or "Do i get it for Wii while i can find it- since it seems kind of improbable that it will actually see release on the other consoles?"

Let's just get the game out first as-is, then we can start talking about other possibilities.

I only hope that the sprite doesn't look like a mouse pointer in the final version. It seems like she should have a proper 3D form when in that mode. Also, I think what would really move this title into the "must-buy" category for me is if, after completing the game and reuniting with the body, one could play through again as the boy in full 3D. It seems so obvious that if it's not done, I'll be sorely disappointed.
