I think its a bit late for this though some people still will be interested the sales it will get will be poor at best I hope they follow up with how many it gets.

Demon's Souls has a history of surprising people. They expected it to sell like crap sandwiches in NA and it sold like hotcakes. Common sense would say that this is too little too late, but Demon's Souls has nothing to do with common sense. My bet is on it sells very well in Europe.

Yea the sales wont be amazing especially since they never even advertised this game. Thankfully word-of-mouth and reviews have raved about the game. I can vouch for it, its one of the best games I've ever played, worth buying a PS3 just as much as MGS4, Uncharted 2, God of War 3, Gran Turismo 5, etc.

Demon's Souls hardly has a marketable appeal, and this is coming from someone who liked it a bit more than Uncharted 2. as much as it smashed everyone's sales expectations, i'd wager a bet and say it probably only sold to the hardcore, which is a very vocal minority.

Considering how much the US guide costs on ebay, that is a deal for the game. The deluxe edition is going for over $100 and guide by itself goes for $40-$50.

Demon's Souls Deluxe Edition in the US is the game that gained the most value over time. You'd be doing yourself a favor buying it now, and if you decide to sell you'll make more than you spent. Although I would never consider selling my copy.

My thoughts exactly. It will need to use different servers than the U.S. or Asia though, I believe, for a third platinum to be possible. Let me know if I'm mistaken.
