Xbox Live April schedule redux: More Game Room, Tecmo Bowl

You'd think one April Xbox Live schedule would be enough, but apparently not for Microsoft. The company just issued another release schedule packed with Xbox Live Arcade, DLC, Games on Demand, Avatar goodies and Deals of the Qeek. Leading the pack is the long-awaited release of Tecmo Bowl Throwback. Xbox owners can also expect new Game Room titles, Left 4 Dead 2 and BioShock 2 DLC and a half-priced The Dishwasher: Dead Samurai. Check out a full list of the impending releases after the break.

You guys don't know how game room works. It says 50 cents to $5 but it means:

$0.50 = one play session
$3.00 = own one copy of the game, 360 or PC
$5.00 = own both 360 and PC versions

Yeah, but this is Activision. The guys who charged $15 for a map pack.

We going to get Vin Diesel avatar items?

I hope one of the props is all the unsold DVDs of the Pacifier.

zombie apocalypse is a great deal at 400 points. i loved it at 800. i will definitely have to try out tecmo bowl as well as dishwasher dead samurai. i'm not interested in anything in the games on demand, game room or avatar section. this is probably because i refuse buy any of those things because of the prices.

It would also have to be free.

That's probably a typo. It should be Deal of the Queek.

What happened to Risk:Factions? Last I heard it was an "April" release, but I haven't seen it pegged anywhere. Will it be the 28th then?

Other articles about it today - they revealed a new faction, robots - are saying "summer".

little late for saints row 2 avatar items.. you would figure they would just hold off and wait for saints row 3.

Honestly, if E.T. were put into the Game Room, and they charged $1 for it, but ALL the money went to charity... that would probably be the only way to get me to pay for it. No more than $1 though! :)

Also, glad to see more titles coming for Game Room (Pitfall!), and I liked the demo of The Dishwasher enough that I'll pay that $5 discount price for it.

MS can shove that Game Room where the sun doesn't shine. Seriously... what a waste of HD space.

Not really - it will still be available when football season strikes - And I know this sounds crazy - but gamers do play sports titles without caring / knowing about the associate sports. personally i dont watch/play any real sports, but I play Skate 2, NHL 10, and Madden 10.

I bought one thinking 'ok, now my friends can accept my high score challenge because they'll be in MY arcade playing a game that I own.'

nope, to compete against me they had to buy the game also or pay $0.50 per try. Totally bogus!

Dishwasher is a must buy at 400 MSP!

I'll probably give Zombie Apocalypse a shot myself. Sounds pretty fun.
