My guess is that they put reload on the right bumper because Halo 3 did.

Too bad Reach already remapped it back to X...

I think it's funny he complained about the running being on the left, mentioned Gears, and then complained about reloading on the right, when Gears does it. I know Halo does it and that's what started it, I just think it's funny he mentions Gears and then he complains about a control that's set on Gears. And actually, I think most games now, right?

A lot. CoD still hasn't remapped, along with most multiplats, since the Dual Shock isn't opitmized for that.

Reach switches X back to reload, RB to melée, LB to Armor Abilities, and B to switch grenades. Not sure if I like that...

Seriously? I hope there's an alt control scheme for that. I don't know if I could do melee on RB.

I think it's like that because of Assassinations. Holding RB will be easier than holding B.

Ah. Bungie has released all the control schemes. If you don't like the new one, the Recon control scheme brings things back to Halo 3's controls.

At first I hated the first Kane and Lynch because it caused Jeff Gerstmann to lose his job. Then Jeff made Giantbomb and now I love Kane and Lynch.

Not impressed.

I'll wait to see reviews. It looks like a rental at best for me. I hated the first K&L game, and not because of the review controversy.

I'm exactly the same with you on that one.

I rented and beat the first game over a weekend with a buddy and it was pretty enjoyable with another person.

I couldn't see myself enjoying the game solo though.

What in the hell happened to IO? The Hitman franchise was so awesome.Kane & Lynch has the potential to be awesome, yet they continue to settle for mediocre gameplay and graphics. I'm certainly no graphics whore, but IO should probably do more with their engine. Hiding weak visuals behind annoying filters is not the way to go. The biggest issue, however, is the gameplay. While you say it's better than in Dead Man, it still sounds mediocre at best, and that sucks.

Also, what the hell was up with the latter half of Dead Man? We all know shooting wasn't the best part of that game, so why did IO turn it into a craptastic 100% balls out shooter at that point?

I want to have faith in this, I really do -- however -- I simply can't.

All I want is a new Hitman. Before Heavy Rain, I had never been so stressed out (in a good way) while playing a game except for Hitman.

I saw Hitman 3 in the Games on Demand section of Live just yesterday. It made me miss that series so much.

Didn't Army of Two: The 40th Day already gives us a rent-worthy but still-not-up-to-par-with-AAA-3rd-person-shooter-titles buddy action game that was set in Shanghai? I've had my fill.

Sounds a bit like AoT:40th Day. 2 player co-op, both take place in Shanghaii.

OK, well, I guess the similarities end there. =P

I loved the first game, in particular the multiplayer and the campaign up until they went to Cuba.

All I gotta say is make the shooting much better than the last broken game cause shooting a guy's head in a moving giant dump truck thing the most painful moment in my modern day gaming experience.

Oh and make the AI work right this time and not be found running around in circles or standing still looking at a corner.
