I downloaded and watched webisodes 1 and 2 on my 360, haven't watched them from anywhere else. They were especially dark, and I mean literally. During the opening scene of webisode 1, I could barely make anything out. Even during the scenes of the main character driving down the road, the car's headlights were just little points of light, couldn't make out anything else. Anyone else have this problem?

yeah.... very dark videos for me too, i had to up the brightness on my tv a lot

But it is very well hidden in xbox > games marketplace > all games > Alan Wake > all items > bright falls 1 & 2.
