Is it just me or is that concept art absolutely stunning?

"Overgrowth takes place in a world where rabbits, wolves and other animals must use paws, claws and medieval weaponry to engage each other in battle."

Interesting, sounds like the Redwall books if anyone here's ever read those or watched the TV shows.

I spent my entire childhood reading those books. I lost track of them a while back, he's probably written a few more. They were so good, even if the first book was entirely incongruous with the rest of the books.

Seriously, every book *after* Redwall has a consistent feel, and canon continuity. Though that book started it all, it's almost the black sheep of the franchise.

On another note: remember the Redwall cartoon? I think I saw a few episodes on PBS way back in the day. I cannot remember if it was any good or not.

@ Stormy Night

Surprisingly I've never heard of that book, but I Googled it and I'll check it out.

@Brainninja

Yea man I remember the TV shows, I used to watch them on Teletoon as a kid. Such good memories, I made my Dad videotape them all and I'd watch them over and over again.

I see potential

But what's the point of doing a back-flip while going forward, other than mocking our athletic skill?

To bring the feet up to a position where you can kick or wall jump or whatever? I don't know. And I guess that's only part of a backflip.

So I don't know either. Sorry.

I saw a ViDoc of this on GameTrailers. I was impressed by their engine and model scripting. Love the character.

Jut to nip any trolling in the bud before it begins, Don't forget guys, Rocketbirds Revolution was nominated for quite a few GDC Awards this year. Also, the forthcoming Elysian Tail is looking more and more superb each time I see it. Not to mention Naughty Bear, Sonic 4, and the resurgence of Rocket Knight, just to name a few.
Don't just knock a game just cause it's "furry".

Damn! The apparent ease of their animation and rigging system ALONE is worth the price of admission, Take a look at their Youtube Channel!
