Hopefully the 'updated engine' isn't Gamebryo 2.X or '3.0,' and they make good on their recent acquisition and go full on idTech 5 on Elder Scrolls V.

I'm so glad I'm single right now. =D Yeah, 100 hours+? Easily a relationship-killer.

I haven't even finished all the expansion packs yet.

Played FO3 on PC and i have to say, all those features were allready there as Mods.

(i had 200+ Mods installed, from new Weapons/Armors, including customizable weapons to a PDA replacements for the Pipboy, Slowmotion, working Nightvision Goggles and all that fun stuff! )... the only thing that realy got old were the Enemies. Super Mutants and Enclave were allways the same no matter how many Weapon Mods i installed to "shoot them in the head", the Story was the same after the third playthrough but i kept playing because of the Mods until it started crashing on me.
would never want to play FO3 again without Mods, but can't wait for the new one!

I just hope Alexscorpion brings the PDA-Pipboy back, would not want that old Pipboy 3000 anymore on my chars.

EDIT: Relax! It slipped through copy-edit -- these things happen. It's been fixed. Sorry about that, folks!

Capitol Wasteland? Must have been an entirely different game in which you ran around ONE BUILDING.

Capitol? WTF people, learn to use the right word

cap·i·tal%u2002/%u02C8kęp%u026Atl/ [kap-i-tl]
%u2013noun
1. the city or town that is the official seat of government in a country, state, etc.: Tokyo is the capital of Japan.

%u2014Usage note
The noun capital refers to a city or town that is the seat of government; to a capital letter as opposed to a lowercase letter; and to wealth or resources. The noun Capitol refers primarily to the building in Washington, D.C., in which Congress sits or to similar buildings used by state legislatures.

Not Grammar, word usage. Grammar refers to sentence structure. Attempting to enforce grammar on the internet is like trying to hold back diarrhea. Futile and ultimately messy. I do, however, try to ensure people use the correct word. Especially when it's actually correct IN-GAME (mostly, the guy who modeled the Capital Post building screwed up, but all the text is correct) in the right place. Lose/loose and similar also bug the hell out of me.

Grammar police is just a general term for you people, in situations like this it also works as a tool to annoy such people.

Is the game on the same engine as Fallout 3?

I want to know because fallout 3 had a Blood off mode for the PC.

(I know will be voted down for this, but I want to know.)

I clicked the link, that's a shame. Some people never realize that their tastes or opinions are just that, theirs, and some just chose a side to argue in favour of just to be contrarian to someone else's.

I hope Obsidian offers proper support for the game.

The console versions of Fallout 3 were a freaking mess.

"Speaking of making people happy, the karma system returns from its predecessor."

Wait, what? I thought they said New Vegas was ditching that crap. The Bioware morality in Fallout 3 was the absolute worst aspect of the game. I want to make decisions that are my decisions instead of "Well, I need to choose this option if I want the goody two shoes achievement."
