What? Consumable for real money? Dunno what that even means...loved it on both DS and XBLA...only thing I had to buy with 'real money' was the game and then the expansion pack.

Consumables. You had to buy Antidotes and things on the marketplace.

I believe the game you're referring to is Gyromancer. And the consumable items you could buy with real money are the same ones that can be found in the game. They are totally optional and buying them will not keep you from completing the game.
