Final Fantasy XIII, Bayonetta, Modern Warfare 2, more for $30 each at Kmart

Metro 2033 would be tempting if my budget wasn't tapped out until the 15th.

That's your solely opinion. I've been playing Final Fantasy XIII since release date and right now I'm reaching around 95 hours and I'm still having a lot of fun, but that's just because I really enjoy Final Fantasy saga.

If you are not that into Japanese RPG you will get bored pretty quickly.

When is Just Cause 2 goin 30?

I'd been waiting for the price of a brand new copy of FFXIII to go down on ebay and/or half.com for a while now, since I knew I was going to be waiting a few months before I was ready to give the game its due attention, but this deal is too good to pass up. I yelled and hollered when I first read it.

Picked up my copy this morning. It's definitely worth a call first, though, to make sure they have the game(s) in stock.

The best thing is, now I can use my $20 and $10 pre-order "future video game purchase" Amazon discounts on a completely different game, thus making a game I might have been on the fence about (like Split/Second or Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands) an instant buy! NICE!

Just picked up Modern Warfare 2. Dude at the register was surprised to see the deal!

question i just went down to my local k-mart, and they have ff13 sitting there but it still says 60.00 and no indication of a sale anywhere on the shelf. Does anyone know if this deal applicable to the stores? Would it come out as 30 if i brought it up to the register?

Brian, Streydogg: Try bringing the game up to the register. (Also, you may want to bring a copy of the blog posts from http://blogs.mykmart.com/games just in case.)

These deals are very awesome. I'm hoping that KMart will continue to do things like this as it really blows having to wait a long time before a new game is so cheap. I picked up FF13 and Metro 2033 yesterday. The prices on the boxes and shelves don't indicate a price of $30 but when you check out it will ring up at that price. Having a $15 off coupon for KMart was especially awesome for this sale. Two new games for $45 is awesome!

I even joined Twitter to keep track of their game deals. =]

just went and picked up Darksiders. they still had it marked as $59 but i asked the cashier to price check it for me and sure enough it came up as $29. he was really surprised, mostly because none of the other games had the sale reflected either. i almost got Bayonetta too but i talked myself out of it. i guess i have until the 10th to change my mind. now i'm wondering if that free Red Faction dealy is still going on cause to my surprise it still had the "Do Not Discard" secret code in there. never played Red Faction much but i'll sure give it a shot if it's free.
