Today is a good day for the 16-bit gamers out there. Yes, Rocket Knight has finally landed on Xbox Live Arcade. Don't worry if you're not nostalgic for Sparkster though, because Things on Wheels is out this week as well. In the end, the decision is left to you: Awesome opossum action or arcadey R/C racing? Watch the latest XBLA in Brief and see if either game is for you.

I thought the Rocket Knight demo was a LOT of fun. It's exactly the type of game the 360 is lacking in.
TOW is decent too. It's what I wished their last game was: racing without the dumb mini-games. Some of it feels a bit less polished than I'd like, but it's not bad.

Can't wait to check out Rocket Knight... looks pretty fun. And it's a platform type game, which I've seen relatively few of on the 360.

Things On Wheels reminds me of some old PSOne racers, with that plasticky look. Still no real challenge to ReVolt, THAT was a game that did RC racing with powerups right and hasn't been reached ever since...
