Are you always a Johnny (or Julie)-on-the-Spot when one of your friends asks for help with a big cross-town move? You may be able to exercise those skills in a more profitable manner by applying for a position which just came open at Bungie: A "Personal Assistant/Gopher" who will tag along with the Studio Head, and "assist in the coordination of a major office relocation/move."
Which office is moving, and where are they moving to, you might be wondering? That's a great question -- one that's not answered by the fairly discrete hiring notice. We certainly hope Bungie hasn't decided to move in with Activision, however. We're sure they've got room for them, but ... well, it's far too early in the relationship to put that kind of pressure on either party. Not to mention the fact that they'd be living in sin.

"Please email resumes (along with demo reels, portfolios, sample code, and anything else that demonstrates your skills) to jobs@bungie.com."
That settles it. I'm totally going to send in a demo reel of me fetching stuff.

You totally should. Just make sure you have Yakety Sax playing in the background.

They already have made reference to having to move all production to a different building cause of Reach taking up so much space so this is hardly TOO new.

Microsoft just built them a brand new huge facility of their own a few years ago. Bungie confuses me.

I remember hearing they were moving from Kirkland to Downtown Bellevue.

This is part of the Bungievision deal. They get their own castle with a shark-filled moat. So this job will likely consist mostly of carrying live sharks to the moat.

This move has nothing to do with Activision and has been planned for a while. They are moving into bigger offices nearby there current location.

Does the position come with a jet pack?

I thought they were moving into what used to be a movie theatre in downtown Bellevue? http://www.techflash.com/seattle/2009/03/Report_Bungie_moving_to_former_movie_theater_41537332.html

As stated elsewhere, they're moving to downtown Bellevue into space in the Bellevue Galleria (a small multi-story urban shopping center that was built in the late nineties but never really got off the ground.) The space they're taking over used to be a movie theater and a short-lived arcade. Given the fact that they're moving out of what was originally a grocery store, this isn't as unusual as it might sound
A bit more info on the place here, although I suspect most people will find it rather boring:

Thank you for the link. I found it very interesting and read it start to finish. It would seem that Bungie is getting a good deal by moving. Hopefully the new location will inspire them to make even better games (if that's possible). And boy...would I like to work there.... :-p

It was also a hardware store, at one point.
The Galleria had a pretty nice arcade for a while, and made me sad when it closed down.
