Excuse me, there seems to be Gundams in my Crackdown.

Really, this game is shaping up to be a great one. Crackdown 1 was too much fun minus orb hunting. This seems to be doing even better than the first.

Yeah, it is a darn shame Crackdown 1 flopped. It was pretty good.

There were quite a few releases around the time that hindered it I believe. On top of some of the bugs. Really Crackdown 1 is very underrated.

831, Crackdown didn't flop. The Halo 3 beta made sure of that.

Minus orb hunting? That was one of the best parts of Crackdown.

Haha... well, I never bothered trying to get them all. I just enjoyed trying to get to all the ones at the top of buildings and such.

The attempt of getting most of them was great. Gave good reason to scale high buildings and such.

Really looking forward to this game.

Loved this part in the interview, where he talks about Ableton LIVE:

"All they have, they're like a ragtag group of rebels with laptops and Ableton, and they'd be able to take music that inspired them, cut it up, make it their own, and then use it as a weapon against their enemies"

Soundtrack seems to be looking up. The first game is one of my favorite games, but the soundtrack was one of the worst I've heard since PoP: Warrior Within. I HAD to turn off the music. Does anybody else swear that they can sometimes hears the "nearby orb" sound on Highrise in Modern Warfare 2?

Aw man, I think you're being pretty harsh! I didn't mind the soundtrack that much. This one is looking promising - I like a lot of those artists mentioned, except R.E.M. who I do respect, but don't really like to hear.

Seriously, if your meaning is clear enough, you don't need to make a redundant post to apologize for your typos.

Music that sounds awesome to some(not saying you think that) can sound like nails on a chalkboard to others. How about Warrior Within? Ever played it?

I forgot to mention some key partners of ours in the interview. Kevin Riepl is the composer of the original score and he completely nailed it. Peter Zinda and Soundelux did our weapons.

Have to admit - it's all about the Michael McConnohie lines. My wife and I loved that guys lines and he still gets immitated around the house. Heck, how else would my wife have come up with saying skills for kills- it's a riot.

#1 most anticipated GOTY for me, second being Dead Rising 2. Could be a great year for sequels.

It's interesting to note that your two most anticipated games are marginally high-profile sequels developed by 'different' development teams than the originals.

Some of the real-time worlds guys are working on Crackdown 2, and Keiji Inafune is heading up Dead Rising 2. Those two things combined with the fact they have delayed a few times gives me hope, skilled chefs in a good kitchen given enough time can put together a good meal, especially if that meal includes zombie fighting and car throwing.

The way they're doing the music, Cell especially, actually sounds pretty damn cool. Of course, this just looks like a pretty damn cool game.
