Don't see the issue. It's a great party game.

I would have bought it if it was released on PS3. I love SEGA and also enjoy when brands get mixed like that. Strangeness that puts Mario and Sonic in the same game is awesome. Besides, a good party game never hurt anybody.

I didn't, no. I rented it during a weekend hangout with 2 of my friends and we had a good time with it though.

I bought it & I've quite enjoyed it. My parents and I are still getting play time out of it on occasion.

What is this world coming to, you ask?

A place where gaming isn't dominated by stupid young adults who believe the kind of games they play are an indication of their supposed maturity.

It must be a terrifying world to them, this one... Since they have no other way to convince themselves, much less the rest of the world, that they are indeed mature in any way besides grunting in front of a gorefest in pixels-and-bits form, which makes them feel better for a little while.

...

Mario & Sonic At the Olympic Games certainly isn't the best game out there, but there's no reason it can't sell this much. In fact, it should've sold double or triple that, as many Mario and Sonic games have done in the past. It probably didn't happen because it isn't that good.

Is that enough to bring back Segata Sanshiro?

Glad to see Sonic & SEGA All Stars Racing did pretty well. That game is really fun. Best Kart racer I've ever played that isn't a Mario Kart game.

Hardly their best, but if you're going to call it a Mario game, then it is just as much a Sonic game, as well.

I'll just say that Nintendo had to step in to give Sega a hand. I'm sure the Sonic and Mario names in the title helped sales a lot.

Yeah, Nintendo is good at stuff like that. Their sales baffle me sometimes but more power to 'em I gues.
