Why do i foresee in your future a reenactment of the scene from Grandma's Boy in the bathroom with the Lara Croft Action Figure but with Harley Quinn instead?

Yeah, what's the problem Joystiq? Didn't want to use up your lame "dolls" joke in the thread title?

Do not like the Harley Quin model, also, batman is blue in Arkham Asylum?

Pfsh, the whole game is indistinguishable grey-blue, so it's not like we would've noticed if he was.

Furthermore, this action figure is not the width of a truck like Bats is in the game.

Why that long? It doesn't even take some games that long to come out.

knowing DC Direct, these'll likely be $20 - $30 a piece.
WORTH IT.

Exactly my thoughts. The level of detail appears to be amazing for the baddies, but the dark knight himself looks rather... average.

I never really got into collecting action figures when they come out for games and stuff like that, I always convince myself that there are better things to waste my money on

Like actual video games. Or friends, if you are the kind who buys dolls late into life.

...But who also thinks the Joker figurine will outsell Batman?

Seriously, what's with the random blue paint? Is he supposed to be wearing jean cut-offs over the spandex?

The important question here: Can we take Harley's clothes off?

I had thought the most important question would be what color her panties were, but I suppose that becomes irrelevant when she has been freed of such restraints. . . .

That's what series 2 is for. Add Croc, Gordon and Bane and it's a 2nd set.

Am I the only one who finds Batman's colors wrong? The blue would look much better (and IMO more akin to the game) if it was the color of the cape.

Before these official DC Direct there were already custom Batman AA figures being made, there is one guy who did a custom on his own that is really great, these guys should be pros. Here are some pics of it (scroll down): http://actionfiguresbuff-jon.com/batman-arkham-asylum-action-figures-by-dc-direct/
