Hopefully it is less disappointing than Awakening was. What a waste of $40. At least the damn dwarf shouldn't be one of the main companions in this DLC

I'm not so sure while the expansion and previous DLC were great fun, they were not value for money.

The music at :20-22 sounds familiar, was it in a movie trailer recently?

Still shellshocked by the lack of support for the Mac version. Worst BioWare ever. /ever/.

Mods don't work on Mac? Or did you not know that DA:O has Mac support?

Mods work. DLC you can hack in if you buy it for the PC version or some nonsense. But there have been some bug fix patches to PC that just never got ported, and we can't buy any DLC, and Awakenings never got ported.

Lousy port, which soured my enjoyment of the game itself. Still, I beat it three times, so I should probably shut up.

You can cruise through it in about 45 minutes. It's a decent alternate storyline though. Challenging, too.

Thanks for the info. From the achievement descriptions, I thought it might be longer than past DLC but then I saw it was $5 and started to doubt that.

Still waiting to pick DA:O up at all. It's definitely my kind of game, but I haven't had so much time to play lately so I'm getting through my steam backlog pretty slowly. The moment there's a significant discount I'll nab it though.
