I agree. I liked that movie mostly because of the character designs. Amazing stuff.

Yes neither can I and I am not a total movie buff and I usually have sites to watch it online for free but if the subscription is reasonable I will go for this £3 a film is a bit much for the amount of films I would like to see just by checking out the site but a good subscription would get me

That and the picture quality available. I'd be hard pressed renting anything below 720p when I can rent blu-ray movies just down the street.

I need to go back and watch it. I only got to the part where the guy got his face beat in with a bat at the beginning and then I had to run to the store but never went back to watch it. I was trying out netflix streaming at the time so maybe i will watch it at lunch today here at work.

Damn you Europe. You're going to leave us poor Canadian's in the dust?
I'm starting to wonder if we're every going to get any sort of streaming service available here. The zombie apocalypse is just a few years away, and I'd like to stream some movies detailing this subject to better prepare myself. Make it happen CRTC!

I learned to stop complaining about the lack of ANY decent video service in Canada a long time ago. The CRTC just kills anything that is fun or innovative, and if you complain or cause a problem, they will send a team of hobos to incinerate you in your sleep....

Considering it's Ben Linus he probably did it to disorient us while he and his crew run around in their Dharma stations devising new ways to..... ahh, screw it. Lost is confusing enough without tying Joystiq to it.

I don't like that movie much. One of the reviewers said "It was on the same altar of high-fantasy as LoTR" or something to that effect. I would say, no where near. The DVD I used to watch it in was in Spanish, with no English dub(yes I checked set up). I thought to myself if you're going to release a movie in America it should be in English.

So you didn't like a movie because you couldn't be bothered to turn the subtitles on? It's a Spanish movie, so yes it's in Spanish. This isn't an anime, dubbing it would ruin it.

I can't say I enjoyed Pan's Labyrinth all that much, However with the likes of Downfall, The Wrestler, Merry Christmas, Mr. Lawrence (going off trailer) and plenty of Kubrick classics (Trailer and Image from Announcement page) I am quietly optimistic about this service.

Actually the English subtitles were on by default. I know a little Spanish(I'm Hispanic), and I learned a few words that I didn't know before. But, I don't think it was that great. I don't care if they don't do lip syncing properly anyway.
