Not much of an animated cartoon, more like a digital animated comic

Do you have a speaking role in the animated comic, Mr. North?

Pretty cool. Reminds me of the cutscenes from Mirror's Edge.

Catalina Thorne is the twist good guy, the agency are the bad guys. She's two minorities so she can't be bad, it's science.

She's a girl (Not really a minority but still part of a group that is discriminated by some)

That had crossed my mind but I thought that no one would really consider women a minority. Though I do agree they are treated as if they are one.

See, im still not too sure about Crackdown 2, it's not being developed by the original developers, which in anycase is a blessing because APB isn't exactly fantastic.

I saw this over on http://www.thatxboxblog.com/2010/05/crackdown-2-animated-miniseries-hits-the-web/ yesterday and to be honest where the hell did mutants come from!!

Ruffian Games is composed of many of the same people who worked on Crackdown when at Real Time Worlds, so it has a similar staff, just a different studio name.

And if you played the first crackdown, you'd know that some scientist dude was making mutants, and you would occasionally run in to them if you were around the test facility.

I was definitely going to be playing this game until they decided not to include System Link. I was looking forward to the improvements, like two players taking on two different missions at once, but System Link was the only way I enjoyed playing the last one.

How is this ultra-violent? Because of the blood? Come on...

Reminds me a lot of the old Twisted Metal "movies" in the games. I liked it, and should be a good way to hype the game up. I have to agree though, ULTRA-VIOLENT!? There was blood, and criminals, a little shooting to death, but mostly not violent. Let's hope that changes....

Needs more superdudes wreaking havoc to kill time. Make it as close to the gameplay experience as possible! On second thought... Screw the Cartoon and just give me that game already!
